Colorado native and new J. Kent Candidate seeks a meaningful full-time position with a company she can stay with long-term in an Administrative Assistant role in the construction industry. Graduated from the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs with an Associate's in Spanish with an emphasis in Secondary Education. 11 years' experience in roles ranging from Receptionist to Project Coordinator. 7 years' experience in the Commercial Millwork Industry. Experience managing multiple projects concurrently ranging in contract size from $200 to over $2 million. Strong knowledge and understanding of LEED construction standards, AWS standards, raw materials, and fabrication methods. Experience analyzing blueprints, writing and scheduling change orders, researching project materials, providing excellent customer service both over the phone, in person and via email, ordering and tracking needed materials, writing and maintaining operations and maintenance manuals, managing day to day operations, and filing, both electronically and with hard copies. Skilled in MS Office Suite, Syspro, Sage Timberline, and BlueBeam Revu. Relocated from Colorado Springs to downtown Denver and is available to start work immediately.
