Job Overview

Document Control Clerks manage and organize important company documents so that they are standardized and easily accessible.  They help to manage confidential or sensitive documents, and update and archive files within a company’s database.  They ensure there are no errors in the files, that files are submitted in an organized manner and on time, and manage document flow.  Document Control Clerks also may engage in tasks such as coding, duplication, and scanning.
