Internal Wholesaler

Internal Wholesalers drive sales and build relationships with external financial professionals selling the company’s products.  They qualify prospects, set meetings, and fulfill requests from external sales agents.  They also are responsible for maintaining current and comprehensive knowledge of all products, and conveying this information through marketing materials and literature.  Internal Wholesalers must also be aware of all regulations regarding their products, and be able to share that with external sales agents. 
 
Internal Wholesalers must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.  They must pass licensing examinations and carry current licenses related to their work.  Additionally, they are responsible for completing yearly continuing education requirements.
