Job Overview

Land Coordinators assist Land Negotiators with negotiations and administrative tasks, such as title work, correspondence with landowners, agencies, etc.  They are responsible for due diligence, division order preparation, lease acquisition, input of land data in record system, and lease record maintenance.

Land Coordinators typically hold an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.  They are also required be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess relevant work and industry experience.
