Program Officer Staffing Denver

Program Officers help decide where grant money will be given and ensure that it will spent appropriately by the receiving organization.  They analyze what types of problems the funding organization wants to address, as well as potential solutions, then decide what types of organizations they should support.  Program Officers write grant guidelines, then help solicit applicants.  Program Officers cultivate strong relationships with funded organizations, providing various forms of support, making site visits, and reviewing progress reports.  They may also help interested individuals decide what type of organization to support, or publicize other local grants.
