Staffing Assistant

Staffing Assistants provide administrative support to Recruiters and Staffing Managers. They help process scheduling and maintain employee payroll records. They often are responsible for general clerical duties as well, including answering and directing calls, filing paperwork, setting appointments, and taking messages. Staffing Assistants may also do company research, assist in proofreading, and work at the front desk. They may work on specially assigned projects as required by the agency.
