Client Service Representative

Client Service Representatives are responsible for assisting stockholders and clients with inquiries regarding their accounts.  They also process on-line transactions including investments and redemptions, assist with account maintenance, and establish new accounts. Client Service Representatives follow up with clients on requests, help identify solutions to problems encountered, and make referrals as necessary. 
 
Previous experience providing customer service is strongly preferred, as is a financial services or insurance background. Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required.
