Volunteer Services Managers manage volunteers and their time to assist in the organization’s delivery of programs and services. They develop volunteer job descriptions, engage in volunteer recruitment efforts, and then perform necessary screening of potential volunteers. This may include interviews, background checks, and reference reviews. Volunteer Services Managers design and provide training and orientation for all volunteers, and are responsible for scheduling and supervision.
