Denver Staffing Agency – Estate Attorney Mentors Young Denver Professionals
Since 1997, the law firm of Joseph G. Hodges, Jr., Attorney at Law has outsourced their human resources, recruiting, hiring, and staffing administration and management to Denver staffing agency, J. Kent Staffing.  For more than 3 decades, J. Kent, a Colorado recruiting and Contingency Search and Temporary Staffing firm has been recognized as one of the leaders in the greater metro area and Rocky Mountain Region.

During the past 15 years, the law firm and Mr. Hodges, a highly respected trusts and estate attorney has looked to J. Kent Staffing for qualified Paralegals, Legal Assistants, Legal Secretaries, Legal Receptionists and Legal Office Clerks.  As our J. Kent Staffing Managers reflect upon this long and respectful business relationship, they have recognized what a privilege it is to work for Mr. Hodges and his firm.

Legal Temporary Position Provides Firsthand Perspective Into Legal Field
As staff was hired over the years, J. Kent’s Staffing Managers acknowledged that these long-term, legal temporary assignments began to influence career choices made by our J. Kent Employees.  Although many employees assigned to the firm had their Bachelor’s degrees and were considering law school, just as many had not even given the legal field any consideration.  What was unique about these assignments is that Mr. Hodges provided legal training, coaching and mentoring to all J. Kent Employees.  As a result of this exposure, training and real world, hands-on education, J. Kent’s Employees gained a firsthand perspective and keen insight into the legal field.

Denver Lawyer, Joseph G. Hodges, Provides Inspiration for J. Kent Employees Entering Legal Field
In addition to sharing his wealth of legal and life knowledge, Mr. Hodges allowed J. Kent Employees to become deeply involved in his legal specialty work, estates, wills, trusts and foundations.  He strove to challenge them, afforded them an appropriate level of autonomy, and presented ample opportunities to work on projects that would allow them to grow and develop in their understanding of law.  Over the years, two employees began to prepare for law school, one began to pursue a Paralegal degree, and six started law degrees as a result of their experience under Mr. Hodges tutelage, guidance, and yes, patience.

Denver’s Young Professionals Gain Real World Experience before Entering Legal Field
Lives and careers have been changed as a result of these legal temporary employment opportunities for J. Kent’s Employees.  We observed that the hands-on legal experience gained allowed recent college grads to have the opportunity to clarify their career path, and others, have their path reinforced.  On behalf of J. Kent and its Denver Recruiters and Staffing Managers, we thank Joseph Hodges and his firm for the many interesting and rewarding employment opportunities that you and your firm have provided.
