2017 HSG Selected for Entry-Level Escrow Assistant Denver Job

Brandee

Receptionist / Escrow Assistant

How does a May 2017 high school graduate get 1 1/2 years of title experience?

Answer:  Work part-time while in high school for a title company!

This past May 2017, Brandee graduated from high school ready to enter the workforce. Quite amazing for someone so young to have this kind of focus. With a year and one half of title company work experience already under her belt and, more importantly, she was the top candidate for J. Kent’s two+ month, Receptionist/ Escrow Assistant job.

Escrow Assistants work in title or escrow companies and banks. Title positions reguire strong detail orientation, accuracy, consistency, and strong numbers and math skills.  However, just as important in today’s workplace are those highly sought after soft skills–outgoing, people oriented, customer service skills. Brandee, received the job offer over several other recent college graduates, not able to compete with solid industry experience of a recent HSG.  Impressive.

Congratulations Brandee, hard work goes with the territory and pays off!
