After long and reputable careers in banking / real estate and education, Michael and Trish were ready to retire and slow down but not quite ready to quit working altogether. Leaving the fast paced corporate world behind them, they began to explore many different retirement career options. In earnest they began researching and investigating options that would provide them with a life/work balance, and at the same time still give themselves additional income, job satisfaction and intellectual stimulation. With 2 years of previous property management experience, they were ready for their next challenge and decided that they would look into live-in property management positions.

Our client, a condo association located in beautiful Cheesman Park, had been without a Resident Manager for several months. After interviewing many applicants, they were still unable to identify the "couples team" that would be the right fit to carry out the important resident management responsibilities for their building.
