General Manager Seeks Focused Staffing Solution
The General Manager had been performing the organization's warehouse functions and wanted to devote more time to corporate sales. Therefore, a business decision to add a Warehouse Manager to his team was made. Without professional Human Resource support, and a staff that was already stretched to the limit, with no one having the time to devote to calling, pre-screening, scheduling and interviewing potential candidates, J. Kent was engaged to conduct the Direct Hire search for this newly created position.
1 Week Search - Construction / Mining Comany Adds to Team
Our Employer, who manufactures and distributes materials to the heavy construction and mining industries, was looking for someone with 2-3 years of warehouse and shipping/receiving experience and the technical abilities to help computerize their warehouse inventory systems. Wasting no time, they contacted us on Friday, met with 2 qualified J. Kent Candidates the following Tuesday and started Myles on Thursday. Myles had just moved to Denver 2 weeks earlier and presented with 3 years of warehouse experience since receiving his high school diploma – just the right background, and someone who could help define the new position and grow with the company!
