Inna Receives BA in Business Accounting While Working Full-Time
Inna immigrated to the U.S. with her family when she was 10 years old, and Colorado has been her home since then. Hard-working and dedicated, Inna received her BA in Business Accounting from the University of Phoenix while working full-time. Starting as a Receptionist, she had been with her last employer for 10 years, the last 6 years’ working as their A/P Administrator. Inna loved her job, but with 4 years of salary freezes, Inna took a 2nd job in the evenings working as an Indexer to make extra money.
New Job Eliminates 60+ Hour Work Week & Offers Work/Life Balance
After 1 ½ years of working 60+ hours/week, Inna embarked on a job search to find a better paying job so that she could leave her night job and have more free time. One of our J. Kent Employers, a Denver based, family owned construction company, met with Inna for their A/P Administrator opening and instantly recognized the gem they had in front of them. She was hired at a salary 18% greater than she was making and was able to quit her night job. Inna now has more work/life balance to spend time with her husband and to get back to her 2nd love – her photography hobby.
