A global fashion services supplier with nearly 100 years of history had an immediate staffing need for their key “one-man” Denver Customer Service / Distribution Center, due to the resignation of their Warehouse Clerk/ Customer Service Representative. With a presence throughout USA, Europe, Japan and other key Asian markets, the Denver center plays an important role for the organization’s logistics and on-time movement of their product throughout the world.  The two week resignation notice left little time to find an experienced, qualified Warehouse Clerk through the normal hiring process, or cross train before their current employee’s departure.

With no time to spare, this global company headquartered in Germany, located J. Kent Staffing through an Internet search and asked for our help with hiring a Warehouse Clerk for their Customer Service / Distribution Center in Denver.  J. Kent Staffing quickly came to their aid, presenting Michael. Michael possessed 13 years of warehouse experience to include all aspects of shipping, receiving and inventory control.  Having only 1 employee in their small Denver distribution center, it was critical that our client found someone who was mature, responsible and dependable.  Michael not only had great tenure in his previous positions, but also embraced the opportunity and tremendous responsibility of being accountable for the entire Denver operation.  After several interviews with our client, Michael was hired by J. Kent Staffing for this wonderful Temp-to-Hire employment opportunity.

Interesting Side Note on Michael

Michael’s first career was that of a radio broadcaster, so his great communication skills and engaging ‘radio voice’ will certainly be an asset in the telephone customer service aspects of the position!  Congratulations Michael.
