Jennifer had initially interviewed with J. Kent Staffing in November, 2008, but ended up finding a job on her own. In October, 2010 however, Jennifer was back on the job hunt. She reached out to the recruiter that she had built a great relationship with to start her job search. By November, 2010 Jennifer had been hired by an international IT consulting firm as an Executive Assistant.

Timing was everything for Jennifer. Our client had an immediate need due to the promotion of the current Executive Assistant, which coincided perfectly with Jennifer’s job search. Serendipity and strong skills helped Jennifer finally achieve the great career position and raise that she had been looking for.
