Once a full and detailed job description was developed we began our search. Our non-profit client, with more than 35 years of Denver history, was offering an interesting, diversified position with a competitive salary and exceptional, top-of-the line benefits. However, as we continued to engage with our client, it became evident that the “real benefits” were in the heart of its dedicated, team oriented staff that has worked closely together for many years, helping to grow the organization through purpose and mission.
