Lease Records Analysts are primarily responsible for setting up new leases at the direction of Land Negotiators. They establish lease payment schedules and oversee all rental payments. They organize and maintain all hard-copy records, as well as any other associated documents or files. They also liaise with land personnel to ensure accuracy of lease information. Lease Records Analysts maintain records of well locations, contracts, lease expiration dates and conditions of operation.
Lease Records Analysts are typically required to have a Bachelor’s degree. They must be proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite. Previous lease records experience is often required.
