We’ve all heard the saying – “timing is everything” – and it certainly holds true for our J. Kent Employee, Trevor.
An Indiana resident, Trevor was in Denver for one month to house and pet sit for his sister while she traveled internationally. Not wanting to sit idle while he was here, Trevor connected with a Facebook Group for Denver job seekers and was referred to J. Kent Staffing by Ara whom we recently placed in her “dream job” as an Executive Assistant with a local nonprofit organization.
Trevor interviewed and on-boarded with J. Kent Staffing on a Monday. That same morning a client of ours that sells, designs, and installs sound and video systems for high-end residential and commercial buildings contacted us to fill a one-week Warehouse Associate (Picker/Packer) position they had due to staff being out on vacation.
Trevor’s J. Kent Recruiter hired him to start the next morning, and our client ended up keeping him busy for three weeks as opposed to the one week that was originally anticipated. A win-win scenario for all involved!
